Drink of the week: Casino cocktail

There might be champagne in this cocktail, but trust us when we say it's manly as hell.
Ingredients:
150ml sparkling wine
¼ teaspoon absinthe
Splash of cognac
1 sugar cube
Lemon twist
Preparation:Place the cube of sugar in a
champagne glass.
Drip the absinthe over the cube.
Fill the glass with sparkling wine.
Float a small amount of good cognac on top.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
