Australian researchers found that daily ejaculation boosts the quality of a man’s sperm as well as its motility, or its ability to move.
The study was conducted on men with fertility problems, but the researchers concluded that daily sex in the week prior to ovulation can increase the chances of having a baby for all couples.
In the study of 118 men with DNA damage to their sperm, it was found that the level of damage decreased by 26 per cent and the sperm swam better after the subjects had sex every day for a week. "These changes were substantial and statistically significant," said fertility expert David Greening. "The optimal number of days might be more or less than seven but a week appears to be manageable and favourable." As if you needed another reason...
