Drink of the week: Tequila Sunrise

First served in Cancun and Acapulco in the '50s to welcome tourists, this drink has become a classic.
Ingredients:
60ml tequila
120ml orange juice
15ml grenadine
Orange slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
Place ice cubes in a
highball glass.
Add the tequila and orange juice.
Pour the grenadine slowly around the inside edge of the glass; it will sink then rise and mix with the other ingredients.
Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
