Moroccan meatballs with pasta and mint

This spicy meatball dish will make your mouth water.
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
600g pork mince
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Masterfoods Moroccan seasoning
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
500ml tomato passata
Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
500g tubular spaghetti
100g grated parmesan cheese
½ bunch mint leaves
Preparation:
Combine the mince, breadcrumbs, egg, sauce and seasoning in a large bowl and mix well.
Form into golf ball-sized balls, then fry in olive oil until sealed.
Pour in the tomato passata, season with salt and pepper, then pour in the vinegar and simmer briefly.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of rapidly boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked pasta with grated parmesan and mint leaves.
