Want to impress your date without spending hours in the kitchen? Whip up this easy recipe.
Serves: 4

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
4 x 200g pork cutlets, French trimmed
3 teaspoons MasterFoods ground ginger
1 teaspoon MasterFoods ground chillies
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 packet soba noodles
1 litre chicken stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
4 shallots, sliced finely
2 tablespoons MasterFoods sesame seeds, toasted
Lime wedges to serve
Preparation:
Toss your chops in a mix of spices, salt and pepper.
Splash with a little veggie oil and whack them on the barbie at medium heat until just done.
Cook the noodles in boiling chicken stock until al dente, then chill under cold running water.
Drain well.
Toss the noodles in soy, sesame oil, shallots and seeds, and then serve the pork on top with lime wedges.
Tip: Strip off the skin and external fat from the cutlets before cooking. The skin won’t go nice and crispy, and the fat won’t do your health any favours. Removing the fat will cut the calories by 200 calories per serve. So you can eat more of the good stuff!
